1 cup pitted dates
1 cup dried apples (unsweetened)
1/2 cup walnuts (unsalted)
¼ cup raisins
½ tsp cinnamon
In a food processor combine all the ingredients. Process until mixture becomes unbelievably soft and holds together.
Press dough into a 4×8 in parchment lined loaf pan.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Cut into bars or squares.
Wrap individually and refrigerate.
Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
