Healthy Delicious Rainbow Popsicles


  • ½ cup lemon juice (add a tiny amount to every batch)
  • ½ cup fruit, fresh or frozen
  • ½ Tablespoon or more water

Ingredients for Nice Creams

1 banana, cut into chunks, frozen

½ cup fruit, fresh or frozen

For the Fruit Popsicles I used those fruits to get the colors we choose:


  • Watermelon
  • Cherries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Red plums


  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries

Green color

  • Broccoli
  • Spinach Banana
  • Kiwi


  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 Frozen banana


  • Peaches


  • Apricots
  • Oranges


  • Grapefruits


  1. For every color add ingredients into the blender, blend until smooth․
  2. Freeze for at least 4 hours.


Lemon juice

Add ½ teaspoon vanilla, crushed nuts, seeds, optional

Freeze every layer for at least 20-30 minutes before adding the next layer.

The amount of water depends on the amount of fruit and your blender’s capabilities. Start with small amounts then add more if needed.
